The location was excellent and the staff was great.

Easy going.

1) Check-in and check-out process was simple and virtual. 2) Digital key + sharing very helpful 3) Spacious Room, clean bathroom, great facilities inside room. 4) Excellent breakfast (especially the omelette).. lots of options for breakfast 5) Super friendly staff 6) Excellent house keeping service. our room was arranged without even requesting!!! A big thanks to the housekeeper. 7) Private beach access- just cross the road and walk little bit 8) Beautiful lobby and evening snacks!!! 9) Great bar with 2 Free drinks a day!!!! Thank you :) 10) Good quality restaurant with delicious food.

Embassy Suites was spectacular. The room was clean, staff was amazing. The breakfast and dinner was like fine dining. The night waiter Anthony was wonderful. He was so attentive to his customers and provided top notch service. Due to recently diagnosed health condition I normally require a fan to sleep. The first night I struggled was unable to sleep, I shared this with the front desk clerk Cecile and she brought me a fan. Myself and my children truly enjoyed our stay and shall return...Thanks Embassy Suites and staff you are Wonderful.

The location was great! Especially for a family weekend, I loved all of the extra amenities like complimentary nightly drinks for adults, and light snacks, the breakfast was pretty good for the value, the only thing I noticed is rust in our shower/bathtub I know it’s just rust but it’s kind of unsightly, also the lighting in the rooms are super dark, I definitely think LED lighting would bring life to the rooms, and just make them more inviting and modern, but the staff, the location and the value are all worth it.
